HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) requires businesses to report all employee payments and deductions on or before each payday in accordance with current statutory requirements and varying legislation. We can process this on your behalf, whether you have one employee or multiple, using our in- house Sage payroll software.
We can generate secure payslips ready for distribution to your employees or alternatively, we can set up a secure, online environment – allowing individual employees to access their own payslips. Secure, online environments are in line with the new GDPR legislation and can save you time and administration costs.
In addition to this, we would provide you with a P32 each month, which will advise you of any PAYE tax and N.I. due to HMRC (as well as the deadline to avoid any late payment penalties or interest). We can produce P45’s as and when required, as well as running your payroll year end and producing P60’s for all of your employees.
If Automatic Enrolment applies to your business and you have a company pension scheme in place, we will carry out pension assessments as part of your payroll process. As part of this service, we will calculate employer and employees contributions and transmit this data to your chosen pension provider.
